In this world, humans can make wishes and prayers to Heaven. If the prayers or wishes go through, then an angel is assigned to them. These wishes and prayers are delivered through dreams in which the angel can communicate through; however, not every wish/prayer can come true. A divine punishment is given to those who chose to take advantage of the angel. Wishes and prayers that cannot come true will be given an alternative solution.
